The Metropolitan Police have confirmed they have made five arrests at the #MillionMaskMarch in central London.

Police have arrested a man after fireworks were hurled at officers, they arrested a suspect in Bridge Street and subsequently de-arrested the man.

A man aged in his 30s was arrested near Buckingham Palace following an assault on a Police Office.

A woman aged 37 has also been arrested on Birdcage Walk following a second assault on a Police Constable.

Two more individuals have also been arrested – one on suspicion of obstruction of the highway and one on suspicion of attempted GBH.

Protestors are now scaling the building of the BBC.

The protests are against the government and oppression.
