Police have charged a man after a police officer was shot in the hand.

The incident occurred in Welling on Friday night, 3 October has been charged.

Michael Olsen, 51 (11/2/1963) of Lavinia Road, Dartford, Kent appears in custody at Bexley Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 6 October charged with:

-GBH (cont. Section 20 Offences against the Person Act),

-Threats to kill,

-Possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life,

-Possession of ammunition and,

-Dangerous driving.
