images (9)A 46 year old man has been arrested in connection with the robbery at a bank of Scotland branch in Muirend, Glasgow.

Police Scotland were called to the bank at Clarkston Road, Muirend on the south side of the city on Friday.

When the Police arrived the bank robber already had taken to his feet and fled the scene with a three figure sum of money.

The Police have traced the man and arrested him in connection with the robbery, he is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court (today) Wednesday.
