Member of Parliament John Mann has confirmed on social media website Twitter that he is referring South Yorkshire’s Police and Crime Commissioner to the home office for criminal investigation following claims of misconduct in a public office.
The law is clear: Sean Wright and others can be charged with misconduct in public office. Referral to police/ home office tomorrow
