Aspley House six protesters scale roof

Six Protesters have been on the rooftop of Aspley House, in Hyde Park.

It is believed the six people have been on the rooftop since 6.45am on Tuesday August 12th.

One of the Protesters aged 51-years-old voluntary came down from the roof at 2030pm on August 12th, he was arrested on suspicion of aggravated tresspass, causing a public nuisance, suspicion of criminal damage and being in breach of royal park bye laws.

He remains in police custody at central London police station.

Five more protesters remain on the roof, Police officers are in attendance liaising with the group.
