16-year-old stabbed in Newham.

Police are appealing for witnesses after a 16-year-old was stabbed in Newham on Saturday, 26 July.

Officers were called at approximately 1510hrs to reports of an altercation in Plaistow Park, Balaam Street, E13.

A 16-year-old boy was found with a number stab wounds and was taken to an east London hospital with serious injuries where he currently remains.

Police are seeking to trace two men believed to have been involved with the incident. The first is described as a black man aged approximately 16 – 18 years- old, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and wearing a white t-shirt and grey jogging bottoms. The second is described as a dark skinned black male wearing a white t-shirt.

No arrests and enquiries ccontinue.
