A serious incident involving all emergency services is ongoing on the railway tracks at the burs tunnel in hartlepool.

Fire Crews used a hydraulic Crain to lift the casualty from on top of the railway line embankment in a white bag.
Paramedics, Police Officers and Fire Fighters worked in difficult conditions to reach the man who fell from the top of the tunnel.
The area remains closed to public.
A North East Ambulance Service spokeswoman has told Police Hour they received reports of a man who had fallen from the top of the tunnel.
A number of emergency services were at the scene.
Eye Witnesses have told Police Hour that a train had stopped and sounded its alarm close to the scene.
It has been confirmed no train was involved in this incident, All trains were stopped until 1115am.
