A Police Officer has been suspended from duty following his arrest on an on going fraud in investigation.
Two men were arrested this morning at separate addresses in Norwich and Newcastle.
They were arrested by detectives this morning.
The 29 year old man from Newcastle and 65 year old man, from Norwich, were both arrested and questioned by police on suspicion of money laundering.
The 65 year old was released on police bail earlier this evening.
The 29 year old has also subsequently been bailed pending further enquiries.
It brings to six the number of people arrested in relation to the investigation which involves allegations of fraud, money laundering and blackmail.
Two men and two women, which include a serving Norfolk police officer, were arrested in March and also remain on police bail at this time.
The police constable has been suspended from duty pending the outcome of criminal investigation.
