Greater Manchester Police have arrested five people following a shooting incident in Salford which leaves man in a serious condition.
The incident occurred at 11.30pm on Monday May 26th 2014, Police attended the Ashley Brook Pub on Liverpool Street.
A short time later, a 49-year-old man was taken to Manchester Royal Infirmary. It is believed he was shot seven times.
He remains in a serious but stable condition.
Two men, wearing hooded tops and balaclavas, were seen going into the pub carrying firearms and then leaving down an alleyway in the direction of Knutsford Street.
Following the arrest of a 22-year-old man and 17-year-old girl on suspicion of conspiracy to murder on Thursday 29 May 2014, two women, aged 47 and 23 and a 16-year-old boy were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder.
All five have been bailed pending further enquiries.
