Police Scotland have confirmed that Three people have been pronounced dead at the scene of the Jim Clark Rally in the Scottish Borders.

There has never been a fatal incident at a Jim Clark Rally in it’s 17 year history.

Police Scotland has told Police Hour that a serious incident occurred at 4pm today, confirming a rally car left the road near to Kelso and collided with a number of spectators.

Three people have tragically died in the incident, One person is in a critical condition and a further six people are being treated in hospital.
