Stolen Rabbit found hanging in tree.

Cleveland Police have confirmed a rabbit that was stolen was found dead following a Hartlepool Burglary.

Police are now seeking information after the sickening discovery of a pet rabbit found hanging in a tree.

The burglary took place at Manor Residents Association on Kilmarnock Road in Hartlepool overnight on Monday 28th April into Tuesday 29th April.

A shed was broken into and a rabbit was stolen, which the children who use the centre played with.

A red children’s tricycle was also taken.
The rabbit was later found hanging from a tree on the Owton Manor Estate, having suffered numerous injuries.
