Police Scotland are keen to establish the identity and whereabouts of a female who was seen on the North Inch in Perth about 6.45pm on Tuesday 29th April 2014. Passers by were concerned regarding her appearance and erratic behaviour and she was last seen heading towards Harley Terrace.

She was described as being 5ft 7in tall, aged in her early 20’s, of thin build, with blonde hair in a bun which was all dishevelled and had make up all over her face. She was wearing a capped short sleeve sheer white blouse, black leggings with a zip up the back of each leg and which were all ripped from the knee down. She was carrying a silver bag and was not wearing any shoes.

Anyone with any information as to the identity of this female and her whereabouts should contact Police Scotland, Telephone No 101.
