Cleveland Police received 63 calls over Facebook

Cleveland police have revealed they have recored 63 reports of crime in the last 12 months.

The figure which is slightly up from 2012 which saw 62 recorded crimes and 2011 which saw 79.

Within 2013 the force dealt with two recorded crimes connected to social media network Twitter.

Cleveland Police recorded 63 reports of crime or other incidents with which related to the internet site Facebook last year, compared to 62 in 2012, and 79 in 2011. The force had just 2 incidents linked to cyber site Twitter last year, none in 2012, and two in 2011.
