A 19 year old teenager was seriously hurt in the early hours when he was attacked In Colchester on the way to the High street by 2 men

The Teenager was kicked in the back and also punched in the face

The teenager suffered a fractured eye socket and needed medical assistance

Police in Colchester are appealing for witnesses of the attack to come forward

It happened around 2am last Monday near to the Spar shop  in Colchester High Street. Anybody with information is asked to contact Dc Sarah Corrigan at Colchester CID on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
