Cleveland Police are appealing for any witnesses to a collision involving a six-year-old boy to come forward

The collision occurred on Falmouth Street in Middlesbrough at 4pm on Thursday 6th February.

The collision was between a child pedestrian and a silver Toyota Avensis.
The boy was taken to James Cook University Hospital with a broken leg and bruising.

Any witnesses to the collision are asked to contact PC Jayson Morris from the Cleveland and Durham Specialist Operations Unit on the non-emergency 101 number, quoting event number 020204.
