Highly dangerous man escapes mental health unit 3

Police are tonight searching for a highly dangerous man Marvin Walters.

He was last seen at 11.50am on Monday 3rd Feb in a mental health unit in Lewisham South East London.

The Metropolitan Police have said Walters was detained under the mental health act on January 31st.

Police say he must be considered a risk to the public.

Walters requires regular medication to control his behaviour.

He is described as black, 5ft 8ins to 6ft tall, of medium build, with short afro hair. He was last seen wearing a black hooded top, a long white jumper suit or overalls and dark trainers.

Members of the public are advised not to approach him but to call 999 immediately if they see him.
