Window completely removed in burglary

Officers are appealing for information on two burglaries in the Hartlepool area, which are not being linked at this time.

The first burglary took place between the evening of Friday 17th January and the early hours of Saturday 18th January at a plant nursery on Tanfield Road.

A glass house was broken into and solar lights, weed killers, shovels and various composts were stolen.

The second incident happened sometime between 11.30am and 5.30pm on Sunday 19th January at an address on West View Road.

The kitchen window had been completely removed and three laptops (one Compaq, one Dell and one Samsung), a Samsung Note and a Krugerrand 22-carat gold coin were stolen.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of these items or anyone with information about either of these incidents is asked to contact PC Simon Lowther on 101 at Hartlepool Police Office or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
