Police Sergeant Regie Butler jumps in to sea and rescues male

A Brave Police Sergeant Regie Butler last night jumped into the cold sea at Towan Beach in Newquay in stormy conditions.

Along with his team he jumped in the water and saved a male who was reported to have entered the water.

Sergeant Regie said ‘we are not heroes we are just doing what cops do’.
