Concern is growing for a missing 13-year-old girl from Oldham.
Fiza Jamil was last seen today, Thursday 16 January 2014 when she left school around 4.10pm.

She attends Newman College on Broadway. Fiza was seen walking past Costco on Broadway, possibly in the direction of Manchester.

This is totally out of character for Fiza and she has not been missing before.

Fiza is described as Asian, 5ft 4in tall, of slim build, she has long dark brown hair and green eyes.

She was wearing her school uniform, black trousers and blazer, a white shirt, grey jumper and a purple and light blue striped tie.

Sergeant Andrew Wheeler from Oldham division, said: “Fiza has been missing since 4pm today and police along with her family are very concerned for her safety.

“It is very cold outside and Fiza has not taken any warm clothes with her and does not have any money or a mobile phone.

“She has never been missing before and her family are extremely worried and want to see her home as soon as possible.

“We ask that anyone who may know Fiza and knows where she is to call us.

“If Fiza sees or hears this message herself she needs to know that she is not in any trouble and can contact us or her family.”

Anyone with any information is asked to call police on 101 or call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Fiza Jamil,13, who had been reported missing, has now been found safe and well.
