Police are releasing CCTV images of men they want to speak to in connection with an aggravated burglary in which a security guard was threatened.

The incident took place at around 1am on Monday 6th January at the Arriva Bus Depot on Boathouse Lane in Stockton.

Three men burst into the depot with a sledge hammer and a crow bar, where they threatened a security guard but eventually made off empty handed.

The security guard was unharmed.

The first suspect is described as a tall male, wearing a dark balaclava and a white jumper.

The other two suspects are described as being smaller in height than the first suspect, wearing balaclavas and dark clothing.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of the suspects or anyone with further information regarding the incident is asked to contact DC Phil Dawson on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
