Justin Bieber is out of jail on bail after he was charged with driving under the influence of drink or drugs and resisting arrest.

Miami Police stopped Bieber for drag racing where he was clocked in a rented yellow Lamborghini doing around 60mph in a 30mph zone.

Police arrested Bieber who was charged with a number of offences which included Driving under the influence alcohol or drugs, resisting arrest without violence and driving with an expired driving licence.

Justin Bieber has arrived at Miami-Dale County Jail after being charged with drag racing, driving under the influence, resisting arrest, and driving with an expired driving license.

Bieber will remain in the jail for at least a couple of hours while he is processed and before bail is offered for Bieber, Once convicted Bieber could face upto six months in prison.

Bieber’s first appearance in court was via videolink.

he has been bailed to appear at court after a bond was set at $2,500 (£1,500).
