Cleveland Police recover heroin, crack cocaine and cannabis in Stockton raids

Cleveland Police have successfully executed a drugs warrant in Stockton which hailed excellent results.

Police raided at property on Havelock Street in the town at around 12.45pm yesterday (Wednesday 29th January 2014) resulting in the discovery of suspected heroin, crack cocaine and cannabis.

Police have estimated it has an estimated street value of over £2000.00.

Following the raids police arrested a 36-year-old man, two men aged 23-years-old and a woman aged 36-year-old on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs. They have been bailed pending further enquiries.

Detective Sergeant Daryll Tomlinson from the Community Drug Enforcement Team said: “We suspect this quantity of drugs was destined for the street of Stockton and are pleased to have disrupted this activity.

“We will continue to work within the communities of Cleveland and urge the public to get in touch regarding suspected drug dealing in their area.”
