Yesterday 13th January 2014, members of the Hampshire Police, Road Policing unit and members of the public helper pull two women from a burning car.

The car was involved in a collision on the A3 when it burst in to flames.

Brave officer then rescued the two women before fire fighters arrived

The selfless actions of the officer and the members of the public demonstrated extreme bravery and undoubtedly saved the lives of the trapped women.

Its incidents like this that show the true dedication of our police officers and the true commitment and passion they have to serving the public.

These officers and members of the public did not think about the consequences of entering a burning car, they acted with bravery and should be proud that they can call themself britisth policing officers doing what they do best.
