South Wales Police is appealing for information on the whereabouts of Samuel (Sam) Bailey
A warrant was issued three years ago for Sam Bailey’s arrest after he failed to answer bail in connection with drugs offences, making him one of the region’s most wanted men.
The 33-year-old from Trehafod, Rhondda is described as white, with a fair complexion, short brown hair, and brown eyes. He has a missing front tooth and a tattoo of a dog on his forearm.
