Man Assaulted outside a pub investigated by @ClevelandPolice

Police are appealing for witnesses following an assault outside the King John’s Tavern on South Road in Hartlepool last night, Monday 2nd December.

A 34-year-old man suffered a suspected fractured jaw in the assault, which took place at around 7pm, and attended the University Hospital of North Tees.

The suspect is described as a white male, around 40 years old, bald and was wearing glasses and a light coloured top.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone who may know the identity of the suspect is asked to contact DC Dan Heron on the non-emergency 101 number or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
