Robertson who is 48yrs old, is also alleged to have said that he planned to stab Police Officers and even kill them by setting them on fire. He faces two charges of  behaving in a threatening and abusive manner with fear and alarm to others.

Sheriff William Gallacher continued the case until January 8th for the identification of dates for a hearing into the relevancy and competency of the charges and continued Robertson’s bail.

A pre-trial hearing at Falkirk Sheriff Court ahead of a jury trial presently set for January 13th 2014, Robertson pleaded not guilty to both charges.
