Police are trying to trace a man that they believe may have been assaulted outside The Oak public house in Middlesbrough.
It is believed that the incident took place at around 9.30pm on Saturday 30th November.

Officers are linking this incident to an assault which took place a short time earlier in Yates Bar on Newport Road, in which a 33-year-old man suffered a cut to his head after he was allegedly assaulted with a glass.

Three men aged 21, 29 and 41 have been arrested on suspicion of assault and have been bailed pending further enquiries.

The man involved in the alleged assault outside of The Oak and anyone else with information is asked to contact DC Phil Dawson from Major Crime at Middlesbrough on the non-emergency 101 number or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
