Apeael for information on 31yr old's death in Dingwall

Police Scotland are investigating a man who died in  Dingwall in the early hours of Sunday.    20131210-194855.jpg

James Newlands, 31, was reported to have died inside a property in the town’s Nicols Court.

Police Scotland said one line of inquiry was that his death was drugs related.

The force has appealed for witnesses and information on where Mr James Newlands was during Saturday.
