A woman has been raped in the car park in Dundee

The 33-year-old woman had been out in town during the day when she was approached by the man in the Murraygate , he started  talking to her and making conversation.

At about 7pm, both the woman and the man, who is thought to be in his 20s, were in a private car park behind Déjà Vu nightclub via St Andrews Street. The man then carried out the serious sexual assault on his victim.

He then left the area in possession of a clear plastic bag, riding a black and silver push bike.

The attacker is described as being about 5ft 8in tall, slim and was wearing glasses. He had a long scar down his right cheek and had unkempt short dark brown hair.

At the time he was wearing a purple hooded jacket, dark jogging bottoms, with a light-coloured logo on the right thigh, and dark trainers with white laces and trim.
