Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary which occurred at Wynyard House, on Wynyard Road hartlepool.

Cleveland Police say the incident occurred between 6pm and 6am on Thursday 14th November.

A number of tools have been stolen along with what police describe as a large quantity of copper piping and Housing Hartlepool Uniform which including tops embroidered with housing Hartlepool, along with dark blue combat trousers.

DC Simon Clark said: “We would remind people to be vigilant when answering the door to anyone, always ask for identification and if any further clarification is needed then we would advise people to contact the organisations concerned.”

Anyone with information regarding the burglary is asked to contact DC Simon Clark from Hartlepool CID on the non-emergency 101 number, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
