Cleveland Police have today named the 55 year old cyclist who suffered fatal injuries in a road traffic collision on Haverton Hill Road on Sunday afternoon.
Robert Graham Devlin was known to his friends and family as Graham, who lived in the Linthorpe Area of Middlesbrough.
Graham was married to Margaret and they have a daughter named Katie who is 20, Along with his sister Jane.
Brave Katie spoke on behalf of her family “My Dad is the best, he was always into different things.  When I was younger he
would take me to the gun club where we would practice our shooting.  He never got over the fact I was a better shot than him but deep down I know how proud he was of me.
“I want to say you’re the best Dad in the world and always will be!  I’ll still give “thumbs” every day and talk to Billy Grumble.
“Love you, Katie”
