John Darwin the man who made headlines around the world for being the ‘back from the dead Canoeist, could face heading back to prison, Its believed he left the UK without permission.

John Darwin was snapped by The Sun Newspaper on a date with a blonde female in her 20s in Sumy.

Darwin who was released from prison on licence in January 2011 was sentenced in 2008 after he was convicted of fraud.

Under the terms of his licence he is not allowed to leave the United Kingdom without prior permission of the Probation Service.

That meant he was not allowed to leave the UK without Probation Service permission, breaking the terms of his early release from prison.
