Two people have been confirmed dead following a west London Fire in Heston.

More than 58 firefighters attended the scene which saw three people jumping to safety from the flat fire which was ripping through their flats.

The fire was above a shop in New Heston Road in the London Borough of Hounslow at 1.40am.

Three people jumped from the second floor of the blazing building one of those was confirmed dead in the street.

A further two men aged 18 and 37 are are being treated at hospital to multiple injuries at St Mary’s Hospital in central London.
